Kathlien Vergels has been involved in liability law and insurance law for more than 30 years now.
She deals with liability cases for companies and several insurance companies in the context of product liability, fire and water damage, environmental damage, professional liability, government liability, medical liability, liability arising from sporting and other events.
She also assists private individuals with claims and is, of course, well-versed in various insurance policies.
She frequently participates in workshops and seminars in connection with the aforementioned subjects, both as a speaker and as a guest.
