Racine assisted the owner, Mr. Huysmans, on the sale of all the shares and real estate connected to the supermarket AD Delhaize in Humbeek to the Colruyt Groep.
This transaction is unique in its kind as the largest AD Delhaize from Belgium is acquired by rival retailer Colruyt.
The team from Racine was headed by partner Anthony Van der Hauwaert with the assistance of senior associate Sien Vermeesch and associate Louise Geerebaert.
