For over 20 years now, Anthony Van der Hauwaert has been assisting Belgian and international groups on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, commercial law and company law.

He has particular experience in cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, private equity and real estate transactions.

As court appointed bankruptcy trustee and liquidator, Anthony frequently intervenes in national and international restructuring and insolvency matters.
