Job offer: Management & Communication Assistant
We are looking to strengthen our team in Brussels with a dynamic Management & Communication Assistant. Are you an administrative and communication powerhouse ready to play a central role in our office?
Your responsibilities
- Reception and communication: be at the forefront of our daily operations; answer phone calls, manage mail, and ensure everyone is properly connected.
- Office Management: keep our office running smoothly by timely ordering everything from office supplies to the finest coffee.
- Administrative support: work closely with, among others, two partners specializing in bankruptcy, M&A, real estate, and commercial law.
- Digital communication: enhance our online presence by managing our website through WordPress and keeping our LinkedIn page up-to-date. You will also assist in organizing events.
What do you bring to the table?
- Experience and education: a bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent experience. Prior experience in a service sector, such as a law firm, is a plus but not required.
- Skills: excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) and a proactive attitude. You like to take matters into your own hands.
- Language skills: fluent in Dutch with sufficient knowledge of French and English to communicate professionally.
- Personal qualities: you are precise, discreet, initiative-taking, highly organized, and always ready for a new challenge. A good sense of humor is highly appreciated.
