Odontolia is a leading and fast growing Belgian dental group operating 36 dental clinics across Belgium.
Racine provided Odontolia with vendor due diligence support and the negotiation of all transaction documentation. The Racine team was led by partner Anthony Van der Hauwaert with the support of Sien Vermeesch and Alexis Debier.
