Cork brand SANTANA remains in Belgian hands

Stefaan AERTS, court appointed trustee of SANTANA INTERNATIONAL NV, which was declared bankrupt this summer, succeeded in transferring the SANTANA cork brand to IMPERMO, the market leader in tiles, natural stone and parquet in Belgium. As a result, an important asset of the bankrupt company has been valorised and the reference brand for cork in Belgium will not disappear.
