Racine assists Fremantle with majority investment in A Team Productions
Racine is proud to have assisted European production and distribution firm Fremantle in the acquisition of a majority stake in A Team Productions, the Belgian firm behind films Patser, Yummy and Baghdad Messi.
With the acquisition, Fremantle strengthens its position in the Belgian scripted market and invests in the growth of its international scripted portfolio of films and drama series. A Team Productions is led by talented duo Kobe van Steenberghe and Hendrik Verthé. They will work closely with Dave Heuten, CEO of Fremantle Belgium.
The Racine deal team consisted of partner Anthony Van der Hauwaert and Sien Vermeesch.
